My name is Kamryn, and I am an ACSM certified personal trainer, online fitness coach, and group fitness instructor! I am extremely passionate about helping individuals enhance their overall health and well-being from a place of love, not hate. Having personally overcome anorexia and experienced the challenges of an unhealthy relationship with exercise and food, I bring empathy and understanding to my approach.

Through personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, and compassionate coaching, I will support you in achieving your fitness goals and cultivating a harmonious relationship with exercise and food. Together, we will navigate any obstacles and celebrate your success every step of the way.

Why online personal training?

The advantages of online personal training make it a compelling choice. It is often more affordable than traditional in-person sessions, as it eliminates costs associated with a physical facility and travel expenses. Many individuals appreciate the privacy and convenience of working out from home or their preferred gym, a comfort often compromised in face-to-face training. Despite this preference for independence, online training still provides expert guidance and customized workout plans, bridging the gap between personalized support and the convenience of one's own space.

Do you cater for allergies/intolerances/preferences?

Yes, I have clients that have all types of allergies, intolerances and preferences. I cater for all of these needs when I create your individualized meal plan. 

How long do you recommend coaching?

It completely depends on you as a client. Most of my clients are with me from 6-12 months because they enjoy the progress they see and the knowledge they obtain from my coaching. The minimum amount of time I recommend is three months as it's a perfect amount of time to establish not only healthy habits, but also long-lasting results. This is not a quick fix and overnight results are not what I offer; my approach is healthy, sustainable and enjoyable. 

How is payment taken?

Your payment is required upfront for each contract. The longer the contract duration, the lower the monthly payment. For instance, the One-Month Personal Training contract is priced at $100, while the three-month contract is offered at $270. With the three-month option, the average monthly cost is reduced to $90, providing a 10% discount as a reward for opting for the longer commitment.
