2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • Physically able to participate in an exercise program

  • Honest about any medical conditions or injuries that may impact your training

You are responsible for consulting a physician before starting any fitness program.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before services begin. Coached by Kamryn does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review our Refund and Return policy for more details.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Communicate openly and honestly

  • Follow the program to the best of their ability

  • Notify Coached by Kamryn of any changes in health or limitations

  • Avoid sharing or redistributing any program materials

5. Results Disclaimer

Every body is different. While we aim to support and guide you, your progress depends on your consistency, effort, and lifestyle choices outside of the program.

6. Intellectual Property

All workout plans, guides, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Coached by Kamryn. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

7. Termination

Coached by Kamryn reserves the right to terminate coaching relationships at any time due to misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with these terms.
